IMPORTANT NOTICE
due to the response from interested applicants, the fan club have decided to extend the deadline for interested applicants to register and receive the club tee and membership card for chen yi's promotion trip in july to the 21st of June 2006 ..

registration as member and joining us at chen yi's july trip in singapore will open until 1st of july 2006..

after your particulars are approved by us,we will contact you and you'll have to turn up for a meeting with the committee members whereby you have to fill in an official application form..
the membership fee is $18 for a year membership and subsequent renwewal fee will be $5 to $6 ..
this cost includes the cost of the club tee and also the cost of the club membership card which all members will receive one ..
the rest of the amount of money will proceed to the club funds directly..
no profit will be earned by any party of the fanclub ..
special privileges will be given to all members of the fanclub ..

**MEMBERS WHO DO NOT SUBMIT THEIR MEMBERSHIP FEE BY JUNE 22nd WILL NOT RECEIVE THEIR CLUB TEE DURING CHEN YI'S PROMOTION TRIP IN SINGAPORE BUT WILL STILL RECEIVE THEIR MEMBERSHIP CARD WITH THE LANYARD TAGS . YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO SUBMIT YOUR MEMBERSHIP FEE OF $18 OTHERWISE THE LANYARD TAGS WILL ALSO NOT BE ISSUED TO YOU.
